Setting up OpenVPN client on AC5300

View attachment 5777 I would appreciate some assistance in setting up my AC5300 for OpenVPN using the VyprVPN service. The routers stock ASUSWRT VPN feature provides for configuring different VPN protocols. I've only been able to get PPTP working and it is extremely slow.

The AC5300 has the following settings for OpenVPN - see picture

After set up, I am unable to connect. Keep getting connection failed?
