Question for Merlin or you ASUS pro's.

Does the Adaptive QOS and game boost really do anything? I have TWC internet and my speed are 300 down and 20 up, so I am wondering if I should I use QOS or just leave it off. I have been doing some reading and alot of articles say that it really does not work. So I am wondering if there is any benefits from using it or not. Your opinions please.
