RT-AC88U How to hookup

Hi Guys, I purchased a RT-AC88U for my daughters house in mexico. The houses are all concrete so wifi range is terrible. My problem is I don't know what configuration I should run the AC 3100 in. TelMex has supplied the house with a all-in-one modem router combination, see below it has lan ports on the back.
