RT-AC87R Speed

I am trying to find out why my RT-AC87R router is only allowing download speeds of around 22 MG. I have Comcast Blast service and when I do a speedtest from the modem, I am getting 205 MG Download. I have played with the settings for over a month and nothing seems to make a difference.

Is there a specific setting that I should be checking for slow download speeds?
