Does anyone know what ASUS is thinking with this product? It's advertised as AC1700 but it contains hardware that could earn it an AC3000 badge. AC1700 supposedly comes from 400Mbps for 2.4GHz 802.11n and 1300Mbps for 802.11ac. It's only using the 2.4GHz radio of the Qualcomm IPQ4019 which could also provide a 2x2 5GHz radio. They've included a QCA9984 which is actually a 4x4 radio and one user on koolshare verified that it supports...
