RT-AC68U AIProtection Alerts Not Working

I'm having trouble with AIProtection alerts. It worked previously, but recently stopped.

Now, I created dual-authentication, so I could create an "app password". In the ASUS router, I selected Google, entered my userid & app password, but I don't get emails. I do see IPS intrusions, so I know AIProtection should be sending emails.

Any ideas?
