i have the ac3100 with the latest firmware. It is in ap mode as it's taking the Internet from my cable router downstairs. I have new cat 6 cables run. I just recently upgraded from the 50mb to the 130mb plan. My desktop downstairs is hard wired from the cable modem and is consistent at 130ish.
