I have an ASUS RT-AC86U.
It's about 6 months old running Merlin 384.7.2
And .. it's got problems.
I'm running through a VPN, but I don't think that's the issue.
Primarily the issue is that:
* no external connectivity (just for a minute or two)
* on occasion the router itself can't be accessed
* the router pages are unresponsive sometimes (seems this one is a known bug?)
It's intermittent, but recently in most simple web surfing sessions of 15 minutes or more there's an interruption....
