RT-AC87R - Wireless seems slow.....

I recently had to reset my router and didn't have a backup of the config stored. I noticed recently that my network, specifically the wireless, has been a bit slow. I still show I am connecting on AC with speeds over 800+Mbps with solid RSSI and Noise values. Not sure if anyone can make some recommendations on what the advanced values should be set with a PPPOE gigabit network to allow for the best wireless throughput and lowest overhead. These speeds seem way off.
