System Log - Port Forwarding

Hi. I have recently been infected with a ransom virus and I am looking over my network. Can someone tell me what the the below could be:

ALL ALL ALL 192.168.50.122

My client list does not show any address assigned .122 and I have all my network cables unplugged from the router. I have also attached my client list that is wireless. Nothing with a .122 address is assigned...
